Hey Seth! Thanks for listening. I actually use a Behringer 802 mixer along with my laptop and then record it all into a Edirol R-09HR.

That pole dancing thing is so bizzarree, I think I need to go read this article. Keep these podcasts coming, I'm syncing them to my ipod as soon as you post!
PS - what program do you mix your shows in?

EegahInc thanks for the comment and I couldn't agree with you more. As a matter of fact I see a lot of similarities in our stories. That being said I do love me some Kentucky Fried Movie...

In all seriousness though, you bring up a subject that for some reason seems very common. Kids who grew up in the 80's watching movies way to old for them. Maybe it still happens today and I'm just an old fuddy duddy who doesn't know any better, but I do plan to talk about it on next weeks episode.

Great site by the way...I'm adding it to my Google Reader. Keep up the great work and leave me some more feedback or some voice feedback if you want to add more about this subject.

Hi Mr. Warthog, you may or may not have run across my blog The B-Movie Catechism (and I wouldn't blame you if you ran from it rather than across it), but if you have, then you know I was compelled to chime in on your discussion of old sex comedies.

When I was 11, one of my older brothers took me to see a film called The Kentucky Fried Movie. At that age, I had no business even being allowed in the door to watch such a film, but my brother was 22, so getting a ticket was no problem. That was 1977. From that point on, sex comedies became a staple of my theater going experience throughout high school and college. And not just the so-called classics like Animal House or Porky's. I'm talking whatever was being shown, ridiculous crud with titles Hollywood Hot Tubs and Joysticks.

Recently I revisited some of these old movies to see if I could use them for my blog and I just had to sit gape-mouthed at what I used to fill my head with. It explained a lot. I never drank in high school, never did drugs, and my grades stayed near the top of my class. I was a pretty good kid really. But when it came to girls... well, I'll spare you the details. Let's just say I left a lot of pain in my wake. The decisions were mine, of course. No movie brainwashed me. But they did help fuel the overall sexually charged mindset I walked around in. And it's not like a teenage boy needs more encouragement in that department, you know?

I guess this bit of rambling is just to backup your advice that adults need to watch themselves and make sure they don't encourage their children to see films which can potentially skew their views on what sex is actually intended for. The possible consequences just aren't worth it.

I like the feel Jason. It's 'hip', whatever that means. It has the potential to connect with the culture of America. I think the warthog may look a little mean, but that's just me. I would ask yourself if Mary and the Rosary have a crucial role in the podcast, because that's the message that I'm gathering from this logo. Many blessings
Stay strong with the logo design. It took a priest and I 5 months before we like what we have now.
